RISCO Group was again nominated for the 'Intruder Manufacturer of the Year' Award.  The PSI Premier awards are given in recognition of product quality, customer service and product innovation and are voted for simply by you, the customer.

The Security Excellence Awards took place on 9th October in London.  Although we didn't win the award this year for Manufacturer of the Year, being the only Intruder manufacturer to be on the shortlist means we are still winners in our eyes.

RISCO Group won the Best Security Manufacturer of the Year category at the 2007 Security Excellence Awards (the "Oscars of security") in London. In handing out the award, which is given for "outstanding business performance, quality production and a strong commitment to service and customers" – the judges commented that “All of Risco Group’s recent developments have demonstrated a policy of putting customers first, proven by repeat business levels in excess of 95%. Really first class.”

The award was accepted on the night by UK Sales Director, Rob Evans.

RISCO Group’s ProSYS, a cutting-edge integrated security control panel, was launched in the UK through a unique campaign - ProSYS FreeCom. The campaign emphasizes the ProSYS and its unique IP communications capabilities.

All installers purchasing ProSYS units will be eligible to participate in the nationwide campaign, which will run from July 1st, 2008. Installers can participate in a prize draw by entering the serial number marked on a postcard found in each ProSYS kit, on the campaign's mini-website.

Because we want to upkeep our commitment and improve where needed our service to you, we sent out a second Customer Satisfaction Survey end 2007.

By way of thanking you for completing and returning your survey all the fully completed surveys were entered into a draw to win a 32 inch Plasma TV and the winner was selected at random.
