The Novagard Active External Sounder (Novagard 6, 4 & 2) when connected to a compatible control panel has intelligent, two-way communication with the control panel. The basic GA Technology, now included as standard in all Novagard External Sounders, allows for voltage readings to be made, the most important of these is the voltage of the battery. The high spec Novagard Active Technology features full diagnostics and remote servicing capabilities which allow the status of the external sounder and its components to be interrogated from the control panel or from a remote location using Gardtec Remote Software.
