RISCO Group's Windows based upload/download software has an intuitive user friendly interface that eases the installation. One software version supports all RISCO Group's Control Panels; ProSYS and WisDom systems, and is compatible with Windows 2000/XP and Vista.

Please Note:
If you are experiencing a 'DAO' error message when trying to run the Upload/Download application for the first time, it is likely that your installation of Microsoft Windows is missing the 'Data Access Object' for Access 97 File format.
If this is the case, please click here to download the Microsoft DAO.

Once downloaded, extract all files and double click Setup.Exe to begin the installation.
When prompted for Disc 2 or 3, just click [OK].

The notes below are applicable to Vista only.

Note 1:  Install and run with Administrator authorization of Windows Vista.

Note 2:  Once installed, UAC MUST be switched off the first time the software is opened as the database structure requires creating and cannot if UAC is switched on. UAC can be switched back on after this initial update has been completed.
