RISCO Group's Agility Configuration Software is a Windows-based software with a multi-language user friendly interface used to configure Agility Security System. By using the Agility Configuration Software you can manage the Agility database of your clients, program the Agility from your own PC, and operate the system through an online status display.. The Agility Configuration Software also enables you to maintain records of user activities and configuration changes. All this can be done at the client’s premises with a direct link to a computer, or from a remote location via a a modem, GSM/GPRS or IP connection.

Opening the downloaded ZIP file: 1. Right click the downloaded ZIP file 2. Select 'Open with...' then 'Compressed (zipped) Folders' 3. Follow the instructions to 'Extract all files' 4. Once extracted, Double click the file 'setup.exe' inside the 'Version Folder' that was created. 5. A window will appear stating "Configuration Software Deployment Wizard" 6. Click [Start] to install... a. Microsoft SQL 2005 Database b. RISCO Configuration Software Note: Both are required in order to function
Upgrading from Previous Version: 1. Go to Windows Control Panel 2. Go to Add/Remove Programs/Applications 3. Remove 'Configuration Software' 4. Navigate to the folder 'Program Files/Risco Group' and delete the folder 'Configuration Software' 5. Install the new version.
New Installation: 1. Install the Software 2. Click [Start][Programs][Risco Group][Configuration Software][System Organizer] 3. Click 'Database' 4. Click [Initialize] 5. Click 'Languages' 6. Select 'English (UK)' 7. Click [Set Language] 8. Close the Organiser window
Running the Program: 1. Click [Start][Programs][Risco Group][Configuration Software][Configuration Software] 2. Login with password 123 3. Fill in details of first account 4. Select '0UK' from the 'Customer' select box 5. Click [OK]
Common Fault Messages: Cannot Connect to database - If this is a new installation, then there is no database to connect to until the 'New Installation' step above has been carried out.
If the application tries to connect (spinning arrows) but fails, the most likely cause is none matching 'Remote ID' On the Keypad, check [Communication][Config SW][Security][Remote ID] On the PC, check [Configuration Software] (half way down the screen) [Remote ID] Both must match in order to connect successfully.
