Technical Support
RISCO Group UK’s Technical Support Team help with systems that involve all Rokonet and GardTec equipment, we are also happy to help when our own equipment is being interfaced with competitor equipment. Our support team has almost 100 years of experience between them and are the ideal people to help you through your installation problems.

The majority of calls to our Technical Department are dealt with in minutes by our experienced engineers. We understand that problems can occur whilst a system is being installed and can sometimes take you hours on end to resolve, when instead it can be solved by a quick phone call to our Technical Helpline.

When calling Technical Support it may help us to deal with your problem quickly if you are close to the panel or keypad and have a test meter and any other tools you may require available.
