Product Training Cancellation Policy
We at RISCO Group UK Ltd are committed to providing product training to our customers and establish maximum benefit to our customers from the investment in time and finance to provide the service.  The number of non-attendees and late cancellations on Product Training Courses has seen an increase, which we feel is not acceptable when the training is over-subscribed by the number of training requests by customers.

Training cost, late cancellation or non-attendance charges
The Company has therefore, reviewed the implications of non-attendance and late cancellations on the training it provides and has decided that a charging system will be applied, to contribute to the travel costs and resources allocated.  A charge of £200+VAT will be made to your account 48 hours before the arranged date of the training, where RISCO Group has not received notification of cancellation.  The Customer hereby agrees to pay the training cost of £200+VAT.  Late cancellation (of less than 48 hours) and Non-attendance will not be eligible to participate in the voucher scheme.

Voucher Scheme
On the day of the training your company will be issued with a voucher to the sum of £225 (giving you £25 FREE). The voucher is redeemable against purchases RISCO Group products within one month of the training.  To redeem the voucher you must contact the Training dept with the voucher number, company account number and company name, date of the training.  On verification a credit note will be issued onto your account for £225+VAT.  Alternatively, the £200 charge can simply be credited to your account.
